Many hair transplant websites ask you to choose between FUE, Sapphire, DHI, VIP, Premium or Diamond before anyone has properly assessed your donor area.

02 · TECHNIQUE
Fair does not force suitable scalp patients to choose between Sapphire FUE and DHI based on price.
Our standard scalp-hair approach combines Sapphire FUE + DHI.
Different stages of a hair transplant have different technical requirements. That is why Fair uses both within one treatment strategy instead of turning techniques into price tiers.

03 · DETAIL
“DHI” does not tell you the size of the instruments used.
“Sapphire” does not tell you how carefully the channels were designed.
“FUE” does not tell you how aggressively the donor was harvested.

04 · GRAFTS & DONOR
Fair does not sell graft bundles.
Your graft plan is based on:
No price per graft.Maximum safe graft planning.
If one patient safely needs 3,000 grafts and another safely needs more, the treatment plan should reflect that. The patient should not have to buy another package simply because their case requires a different number.
More is not automatically better. Safe and appropriate is better.
05 · THE TEAM
Hair transplantation should not depend on which freelance or temporary team happened to be available that morning.
Fair works with its own regular treatment structure.
Approximately 6 team members around each patient’s care:
Fair does not build treatment days around unknown freelance teams or temporary daily hires.
A permanent team creates consistency — in communication, workflow and treatment standards.

06 · MEDICAL ENVIRONMENT
Fair Hair Clinic focuses specifically on hair transplantation.
Procedures take place within a Turkish private-hospital medical environment supported by the infrastructure expected around an international patient.
Fair remains the clinic, team and patient contact. The hospital environment provides the medical setting around the procedure.

07 · REGENERATIVE SUPPORT
Fair includes both PRP and Graft-Tech stem cell treatment within the standard treatment package.
They are not introduced later as premium add-ons once you have already decided to proceed.

08 · ANAESTHESIA
Local anaesthesia can still be uncomfortable while it is being administered.
Needle-free / high-pressure assistance is included in the Fair standard and may make the process easier, but it does not make normal local anaesthesia magically sensation-free.
For patients who prefer not to experience that stage awake:

09 · AFTERCARE
The transplant does not end when you leave Istanbul.
Fair includes:
