EYEBROW TRANSPLANT · FAIR HAIR CLINIC
An eyebrow transplant may involve fewer grafts than a large scalp procedure. That does not make it simpler.
A small change in angle, direction or shape can be visible every time someone looks at your face. Fair therefore treats eyebrow restoration as precision work — designed around your face, native brow and donor hair.
The goal is not to draw a perfect eyebrow. The goal is to create a brow that looks like it belongs there.
CUSTOM BROW DESIGN · ULTRA-FLAT DIRECTION · DONOR-FIRST PLANNING · ISTANBUL
01 · WHY THIS IS DIFFERENT
Eyebrow hairs sit close to the skin and change direction over a very small area.
Small area. Zero room for lazy planning.
02 · ANGLE & DIRECTION
A natural eyebrow is not made of hairs pointing in one direction.
Hairs may have a more upward or slightly diagonal character, depending on the patient’s native pattern.
Direction gradually changes and the hairs generally lie flatter, following the natural flow of the brow.
The tail usually requires especially fine visual control as the brow narrows and direction continues to change.
The exact pattern must be copied from the patient’s anatomy where native brow hair exists, not from a universal diagram.
A brow is a flow. Not a row of grafts.
03 · EYEBROW DESIGN
Face shape matters. So do bone structure, eye position, native eyebrow remnants, age, personal style and how the patient normally wears the brow.
Symmetry should look human.Natural eyebrows do not need to be mathematically identical.
04 · GRAFT SELECTION
Eyebrow transplantation needs careful follicular-unit selection because the recipient area is highly visible.
Where donor anatomy allows, fine single-hair follicular units are generally useful for creating delicate borders and natural transitions. The exact graft mix still depends on the donor and treatment plan.
Coarser or unsuitable units placed in the wrong position can make the brow look heavy or planted.
Fine grafts. Fine spacing. Fine judgment.
05 · DONOR HAIR
Suitable scalp donor hair is commonly considered for eyebrow restoration. But transplanted follicles generally retain important characteristics of their donor source.
That means transplanted eyebrow hairs may grow longer than native eyebrow hairs and can require regular trimming or grooming.
Yes, your new brows may need trimming. That is a more useful promise than pretending donor hair becomes biologically identical to native eyebrow hair.
06 · DISTRIBUTION
More grafts do not automatically create a more natural eyebrow.
Eyebrow density should be built through appropriate spacing, overlap, direction and gradual transitions.
The goal is coverage with flow. Not a solid block.
07 · PREVIOUS BROW HISTORY
Patients consider eyebrow transplantation for many different reasons, including long-term overplucking, naturally sparse brows, trauma, scars or dissatisfaction with previous cosmetic work.
Existing pigment does not automatically rule out transplantation, but the transplant design should not simply trace old pigment if the shape no longer suits the face.
Selected stable scars may be considered, but scar quality, blood supply, cause and previous procedures must be assessed.
Corrective work can be more complex if existing grafts have poor direction, excessive calibre, scarring or an unsuitable design.
The old line doesn’t get to design the new brow.
08 · MEDICAL CAUSES
Not every eyebrow-loss pattern is a cosmetic donor problem.
A transplant should not be used to hide an active disease process without understanding the cause.
Diagnosis before design when the pattern isn’t clear.
09 · TEAM & RESPONSIBILITY
Eyebrow work needs senior aesthetic planning and careful technical execution.
The brow gets its own plan.
10 · CASE-SPECIFIC PROTOCOL
FUE donor harvesting may be used where appropriate, while the recipient technique should follow Fair’s verified eyebrow protocol and the individual case.
Technique serves the design. Not the other way around.
11 · PATIENT JOURNEY
Arrive through IST or SAW, private transfer and partner hotel.
In-person consultation, final eyebrow design, donor review, medical checks and the eyebrow-transplant procedure.
Morning control / cleaning guidance and aftercare instructions. Return travel is generally planned after 1 PM unless the patient team advises differently.
The area is small. The planning is not.
12 · RECOVERY & GROOMING
Freshly transplanted eyebrows can look red, dotted, crusted or temporarily stronger than the eventual healed appearance.
Transplanted hairs can shed before later regrowth. Cosmetic maturation takes time and varies between patients.
The final brow is a months-long process. Not a Day 3 photo.
13 · RESULTS
A front-facing makeup photo is not enough.
If the angle is wrong, makeup cannot fix the growth direction.
Eyebrow procedures vary from small scar or tail correction to near-complete reconstruction of both brows.
Eyebrow transplantation is offered at the same Fair founding rate as our scalp-hair treatment standard.

15 · STRAIGHT ANSWERS
Suitable scalp donor hair is commonly considered, but the exact donor source and graft selection must be assessed individually.
Often yes. Donor hairs generally retain growth characteristics from their donor source and may grow longer than native eyebrow hairs.
Reference photos can help explain your preference, but the final design should also fit your face, native brow, donor supply and natural growth direction.
The aim is balanced, natural-looking brows, not mathematical mirror images. Natural facial anatomy is rarely perfectly symmetrical.
There is no responsible universal number. Tail filling, scar correction and near-total reconstruction require very different plans.
Long-standing stable overplucking can be suitable in some patients, but the cause and condition of the recipient skin still need assessment.
Existing pigment does not automatically prevent transplantation, but the design should be based on the face and current anatomy rather than blindly tracing old pigment.
Selected stable scars may be considered after assessment, but growth in scar tissue cannot be guaranteed and depends on the individual tissue.
Active or unexplained eyebrow loss should be medically evaluated first. Transplantation may be inappropriate until the condition is understood and stable.
Not immediately. Fair will tell you when the recipient skin has healed enough for makeup based on the current protocol and your healing.
Fair’s standard international journey is typically 3 days / 2 nights, with the exact eyebrow plan confirmed by the patient team.
Send clear photos of both eyebrows from the front and oblique angles, plus donor-area photos and your medical information. Fair will first assess the cause, recipient area and donor before planning the shape.
No template brow. No invented graft number.
