Fair uses a Combined Sapphire FUE + DHI approach as the standard for suitable scalp-hair patients. The techniques are part of one treatment strategy, not different price tiers.

TECHNIQUE LABELS ARE NOT ENOUGH
Two clinics can use the same technique name and produce very different donor and recipient work.
The difference can come from planning, instrument selection, channel design, graft handling, donor distribution and the consistency of the people doing the work.
Fair uses fine, individually selected instruments based on the patient’s graft and hair characteristics, with donor planning focused on what can be safely harvested rather than on selling the highest possible graft number.

Fair focuses on hair transplantation. Procedures take place within a Turkish private-hospital medical environment with the infrastructure expected around an international patient.
Fair remains your clinic, treatment team and point of contact. The hospital environment provides the medical setting around the procedure.
EXPERIENCE BEFORE THE BRAND NAME
We are not going to pretend Fair Hair Clinic has existed for decades. It has not.
The clinic is new. The hair-transplant experience behind it is not.
At launch, the results gallery may include previous work performed by members of Fair’s current senior hair-transplant team, shown with patient permission.

Morning wash, control and final in-person aftercare instructions. Return flights can be planned after 1:00 PM.

THE FIRST DECISION IS WHETHER TO TREAT
Not every person who sends photos should be booked for surgery.
Suitability depends on factors such as donor capacity, hair-loss pattern, age and progression, scalp condition, medical history, medication use and realistic expectations.
Fair begins with an individual photo and medical assessment before recommending a graft plan or treatment date.
If the donor cannot safely support the requested result, or if a medical issue makes treatment inappropriate, the right answer may be to delay, change the plan or not proceed.
AFTER ISTANBUL
International hair transplantation only works well when patients know what to do after they return home.
Fair includes structured aftercare instructions and follow-up through the first 12 months, including guidance around washing, healing, progress photos and expected growth stages.
If you need help afterwards, Fair remains available rather than treating month twelve as an expiration date.

Fair’s current founding rate is €2,150 for the complete standard scalp-hair treatment. Flights are excluded. Deep Sleep Anesthesia is the only optional paid medical add-on at +€350, subject to medical suitability.
Fair’s standard journey is 3 days / 2 nights: Day 1 arrival, Day 2 treatment, Day 3 wash/check and return flight after 1 PM.
No. Your graft count is determined by what your donor can safely provide and what your recipient area genuinely needs. Fair does not increase the treatment price per graft.
No. For suitable scalp-hair patients, Combined Sapphire FUE + DHI is part of Fair’s standard approach rather than a paid technique upgrade.
Both Istanbul Airport (IST) and Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) are covered by Fair’s private transfer service.
Local anaesthesia can still be uncomfortable for the first few minutes. Fair includes needle-free/high-pressure assistance but does not describe standard local anaesthesia as completely painless. Deep Sleep Anesthesia is available for suitable patients at +€350.
A graft estimate requires assessment of your donor area, hair loss, hair characteristics and treatment goals. Fair provides an individual analysis rather than using a generic online calculator.
