FAIR TECHNIQUE STANDARD

Sapphire FUE + DHI.
One treatment. One standard.

Fair does not ask suitable scalp-hair patients to choose between a “Sapphire package” and a more expensive “DHI package.”

Our standard approach combines FUE extraction, precise Sapphire channel planning and fine DHI implantation within one treatment strategy — planned around your donor, hairline, recipient area and long-term needs.

The technique names matter. But the planning, hands and detail behind them matter more.

STOP CHOOSING TECHNIQUES BY PRICE

Your hair needs a plan.
Not a menu.

Many clinics present FUE, Sapphire and DHI as if they were three levels on a price list.

That can make patients feel they need to choose the “best” technique before anyone has even assessed their donor or hair-loss pattern.

Fair starts in the opposite direction.

  • First: assess the donor.
  • Then: define the hairline and recipient priorities.
  • Then: determine the safe graft plan.
  • Then: use the tools and implantation approach that fit that plan.

FAIR PRINCIPLE

Your case defines the technique plan. The price does not.

FUE — the donor extraction method

FUE means individual follicular units are extracted from the donor area rather than removing a strip of scalp.

The important questions are not only “Is it FUE?” but also how the donor is mapped, how the extraction pattern is distributed, which punch sizes are selected and how aggressively the donor is harvested.

Sapphire — the channel / recipient-site tool

“Sapphire” refers to the use of fine sapphire blades for creating recipient sites or channels in the areas where the treatment plan uses pre-opened channels.

This stage influences the planned direction, angle, distribution and spacing of the grafts. At Fair, Sapphire channel opening is performed by the experienced hair-transplant expert.

DHI — fine implanter placement

DHI uses fine implanter tools to place grafts in the recipient area. Fair uses DHI implantation as part of the combined scalp-hair standard, with the exact placement strategy determined by the treatment plan.

ONE COORDINATED WORKFLOW

Not two packages.
One treatment plan.

For suitable scalp-hair cases, Fair combines the strengths of these methods inside one coordinated procedure rather than selling them as separate price levels.

Step 1 — FUE extraction

Grafts are individually extracted from the donor area according to the planned safe harvest and donor pattern.

Step 2 — Sapphire channel planning + opening

The experienced hair-transplant expert designs the recipient plan and performs the Sapphire channel opening in the areas where pre-opened channels are part of the strategy.

Step 3 — Fine DHI implantation

Fine DHI implanter tools are used within the combined plan for recipient placement. The exact distribution is determined by the case rather than by a package name.

The result is one treatment strategy using different tools for different technical jobs — without asking the patient to “upgrade” to the technique their plan calls for.

KEY LINE

We don’t force one tool to do every job.We build one plan around your hair.

THE PART MARKETING LEAVES OUT

Two clinics can both say “DHI.”
The work can still be completely different.

A technique label does not tell you:

  • who designed the hairline
  • who opened the recipient channels
  • how the donor was harvested
  • which punch sizes were selected
  • which implanter sizes were used
  • how graft direction and angle were planned
  • how density was distributed
  • how experienced the people performing the important stages are

This is why Fair does not build its quality story around the words “Sapphire” and “DHI” alone.

FAIR LINE

Technique matters. The hands, tools and detail behind it matter more.

19+ YEARS SENIOR EXPERT EXPERIENCE

The plan doesn’t get handed off.

At Fair, the senior hair-transplant expert remains directly involved in the stages that define the aesthetic and technical strategy of the result:

  • full hair-transplant consultation together with the medical structure
  • hairline design
  • recipient planning
  • Sapphire channel opening

These stages determine where grafts are intended to sit, at what direction and angle, and how the treatment integrates with the patient’s face and existing hair.

Extraction and implantation are carried out within Fair’s permanent technical team structure according to the expert-led treatment plan.

DETAIL IS NOT A PACKAGE

One size should not be the standard.

Hair calibre, graft size, donor characteristics and recipient needs differ between patients.

Fair therefore works with fine, individually selected extraction and implantation instruments rather than presenting one generic tool size as the answer for everyone.

The goal is precise work that respects the donor and supports detailed recipient placement.

FUE IS ONLY AS GOOD AS THE DONOR PLAN

The donor has to last after the transplant.

The donor area is finite. A strong recipient result should not come at the cost of an unnecessarily depleted donor.

Fair plans extraction around:

  • donor density
  • hair calibre and characteristics
  • extraction distribution
  • safe graft availability
  • current recipient need
  • potential future hair loss

Fair does not price treatment per graft. The graft count follows the safe plan rather than a paid graft tier.

WHERE THE RESULT BECOMES VISIBLE

Density is not just a number.

Natural-looking transplantation depends on more than placing a large number of grafts.

The recipient plan has to account for:

  • hairline shape
  • direction
  • angle
  • transition from single-hair grafts to denser areas
  • existing native hair
  • distribution of available grafts
  • the patient’s long-term pattern of loss

Fair’s combined approach is built around this planning rather than around maximising one technique label.

THE FAIR STANDARD

You don’t pay extra for the technique your plan needs.

For suitable scalp-hair patients, Combined Sapphire FUE + DHI is already the Fair standard.

FAIR LINE

You don’t upgrade to combined FUE + DHI.You start with it.

Fair’s Combined Sapphire FUE + DHI protocol is the standard approach for suitable scalp-hair transplant patients. But treatment still begins with assessment, not assumption.

Suitability depends on factors such as:

  • donor quality and safe graft availability
  • pattern and stability of hair loss
  • recipient area and treatment goals
  • existing hair and previous transplantation
  • medical history and medications
  • realistic expectations

Is DHI better than Sapphire FUE?

Not as a universal rule. They perform different technical roles. Fair combines FUE extraction, Sapphire channel planning/opening and fine DHI implantation within one strategy for suitable scalp-hair patients rather than presenting one label as automatically superior.

Does Fair charge extra for DHI?

No. Combined Sapphire FUE + DHI is part of Fair’s standard approach for suitable scalp-hair cases. There is no separate DHI upgrade.

Does Sapphire mean the grafts are extracted with a Sapphire tool?

No. FUE describes the individual extraction method. Sapphire refers to the blade used to create recipient sites or channels in the areas where this method is used.

Who opens the Sapphire channels at Fair?

The experienced hair-transplant expert performs the Sapphire channel opening as part of the expert-led recipient planning.

Does the expert also extract and implant every graft?

Extraction and implantation are carried out within Fair’s permanent technical team structure according to the expert-led treatment plan. Fair does not claim that the senior expert personally performs every extraction or implantation.

Is every DHI procedure the same?

No. Tool selection, graft handling, planning, recipient direction, donor management and the experience of the people involved can differ substantially even when two clinics use the same technique name.

How many grafts can be transplanted with the combined method?

There is no single number for everyone. Fair plans the graft count around donor safety and the actual recipient need. Treatment is not priced per graft.

Is Combined Sapphire FUE + DHI suitable for everyone?

No technique should be presented as suitable for everyone. Fair first reviews the donor, hair-loss pattern, medical history and treatment goals before confirming suitability.
