FAIR HAIR CLINIC · RESULTS

Hair transplant results.
Look closer.

A good result should still look good when you stop looking at the hairstyle and start looking at the details.

Hairline direction. Density distribution. Donor preservation. Crown planning. Growth over time. Fair wants you to look at all of it.

Individual results and growth timelines vary. Every treatment plan begins with personal donor and hair-loss assessment.

FIRST, THE HONEST PART

Fair is new.
Our team isn’t.

Fair Hair Clinic is a new clinic. We are not going to pretend otherwise.

Our senior hair-transplant experts and treatment team bring years of hair-transplant experience from before the Fair name existed.

That means selected launch-gallery cases may include previous work performed by members of our current senior hair-transplant team.

New name. Experienced hands.Clear context.

BEFORE YOU SCROLL

Don’t just look at the hair.
Look at the work.

A before-and-after can look impressive for many reasons. Fair wants patients to judge more than the final hairstyle.

  • Hairline — Does it look natural up close, not just from the front?
  • Direction — Do the hairs follow believable angles and flow?
  • Distribution — Was density used where it matters rather than spread blindly?
  • Donor — Does the back and side area still look balanced after extraction?
  • Crown — Was the natural swirl and limited donor supply planned intelligently?
  • Lighting & styling — Are you comparing like with like?
  • Time — Is the follow-up month clearly stated where known?

A result is more than “more hair”.

THE FIRST THING PEOPLE SEE

A natural hairline should
survive a close-up.

From a distance, many hairlines can look acceptable. Close-up photographs reveal much more: irregularity, direction, spacing, transition and how the transplanted hair sits next to existing hair.

Fair hairline planning is built around the individual face, existing loss pattern, donor supply and long-term plan — not around copying the same template onto every patient.

THE RESULT BEHIND THE RESULT

The result is also
what you don’t see.

A strong front view means less if the donor area was overharvested to create it.

Fair wants the donor to be part of the results conversation.

The donor is part of the result.

DIFFERENT AREAS NEED DIFFERENT THINKING

Different area.
Different planning.

A crown is not a second hairline. The swirl pattern, surface area, visual density and donor demand are different.

The midscalp also behaves differently from a frontal hairline. Good planning decides where grafts create the most visual value while respecting donor limitations and future loss.

CONTEXT MATTERS

Every result needs context.

A useful result gallery should help a patient understand the case — not just admire a photograph.

PHOTOGRAPHY SHOULD NOT CREATE THE RESULT

Same hair.
Honest photography.

Before-and-after photography should make comparison easier, not manipulate it.

Fair photography standard:

  • Use similar camera angle and framing where possible.
  • Use bright, neutral lighting rather than dramatic shadows.
  • Avoid flash in one photo and soft lighting in the other if a fair comparison can be made.
  • Do not digitally add density, remove scalp visibility or alter the hairline.
  • Do not use hair fibres or concealers in result photography unless explicitly disclosed.
  • Avoid showing wet hair before and styled dry hair after as the only comparison.
  • Include close-ups when they provide useful evidence.

The photo should show the work. Not improve it.

RESULTS TAKE TIME

A result is a process.
Not a day-one photo.

Hair-transplant growth and maturation happen gradually, and timing varies between patients.

  • First weeks — healing and shedding can occur.
  • Early months — visible growth may still be limited.
  • Following months — new growth and density can progressively become more visible.
  • Around the first year — many patients are much closer to their mature result.
  • Further maturation can continue beyond 12 months, especially in some areas and patients.

WHY CASES DIFFER

No two cases start
from the same place.

A result from another patient can show the standard of work, but it cannot promise your outcome.

Important differences include:

  • Donor density and quality
  • Hair calibre and texture
  • Hair / scalp colour contrast
  • Size and location of the recipient area
  • Previous surgery or scarring
  • Pattern and progression of hair loss
  • Medical suitability and healing
  • The number of safely available grafts

Results are proof of work —not a guarantee of an identical outcome.

THE MOST IMPORTANT RESULT IS YOUR PLAN

Don’t shop for
someone else’s result.

It is useful to show us a result or hairline you like. But Fair will not promise to copy another person’s graft count, density or hairline onto your head.

Your plan has to work with your face, donor, hair characteristics and future loss.

Send front, top, sides and donor-area photos. No automated graft calculator — a real case needs a real assessment.

Straight answers about results.

Are all results on this page Fair patients?

Fair Hair Clinic is a new clinic. At launch, selected cases may include previous work performed by members of our current senior hair-transplant team. All published cases require appropriate permission.

Can I expect the same result as a patient in the gallery?

No clinic can responsibly promise an identical result. Donor quality, hair characteristics, recipient size, hair-loss pattern, healing and safe graft availability differ from person to person.

Why does Fair show close-ups?

Because naturalness is easier to judge when you can see direction, spacing, transitions and donor detail rather than only a styled final photograph.

When is a hair transplant result final?

Growth develops gradually and timing varies. Many patients are much closer to a mature result around the first year, while further maturation can continue beyond 12 months.

Can I send you a result I like?

Yes. It helps us understand your preference, but your actual plan must be designed around your own donor, face, loss pattern and safe graft availability.

YOUR CASE, NOT SOMEONE ELSE’S

Let’s see what is realistic
for your hair.

Send us your current hair and donor-area photos. Fair will review what can realistically be treated, what your donor can safely support and how we would approach your case.

Individual suitability, graft availability, healing and results vary. A personal assessment is required before treatment planning.
